CivicSmart Opens New Milwaukee Office

(December 15, 2015) – CivicSmart, Inc., an innovator in on-street parking sensors and other “Smart City” technologies, announced that it recently opened a new office in Milwaukee’s vibrant Third Ward.

CivicSmart’s new office is in the Landmark Building at 316 N. Milwaukee Street and represents a consolidation of offices in Milwaukee and Carlsbad, CA following CivicSmart’s July acquisition of Duncan Solutions’ US products division, Duncan Parking Technologies, Inc.

“While we see demand for our products growing around the world, Milwaukee is home to most of our employees, the City is an important customer of ours, and the Landmark Building is an ideal space for us,” said Mike Nickolaus, President and CEO of CivicSmart.  “Bringing our team together here will help productivity, and this great neighborhood will help us attract and retain staff as we grow.”

CivicSmart is planning an Open House to showcase its office early in the new year.
